The orders usually come in through a phone-call to one of our educated and friendly telephone sales-persons. Due to the good computer software of Magnum Dental the customer can get his or her order confirmed immediately. As soon as the telephone call has ended the order automatically is printed out in the warehouse which is divided into different sections and shelves for our different suppliers. 15-20 minutes after that the warehouse-workers have packed the order and it is ready to be delivered.

Magnum Dental also, as the only Estonian distributor, offers its customers the possibility to order over the internet, which enables the customers to place orders outside office-hours. This unique system, which was more throughly described in the previous chapter - Infosystem, is very easy to manage and was developed by Magnum Dental's own skilled Computer Engineer. This high-tech ordering system is one of the reasons behind the fact that Magnum Dental is widely known for its very quick and reliable distribution with close to zero mistakes. We have an ordering-centre and a warehouse both in Tallinn and Tartu and the dentists in Tallinn and Tartu are serviced several times a day. One of our modern delivery trucks leaves our company at least once every two hours in order to service the neighbouring dentists.

In case of an emergency a customer in Tallinn or Tartu can receive his or here order within 15-20 minutes. We also have a truck that travels between Tartu and Tallinn on daily bases in order to supply the respective warehouses with the latest deliveries from our suppliers.

Larger dental clinics outside Tallinn and Tartu areas are visited by a truck from Magum Dental twice a week, whereas the smaller ones receive deliveries once a week. If necessary we also use the services of the cargo-bus to get orders delivered ever quicker.

Comparing our logistics with the ones of other Estonian distributors we are not afraid to argue that we have one of the most high-tech and effective systems.
